At The Boot Repair Company, we stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day return policy for all standard retail products and unused repair vouchers. Please note that custom repair services and bespoke modifications are non-refundable once the work has been completed.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unworn footwear or unused accessories in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside the box.
Ship to the Workshop
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master cobblers inspect the items for original condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
